cancellations or re-booking, 24 hours notice is required.
 
Applications for training programs need to be submitted at least two weeks
prior to their start date. Late bookings cannot be guaranteed a place.

Once you have filled in
your Application form, you will be taken to the payment page.
Booking Conditions.
1.
For a private booking you may pay for your course in full at the time
of booking or alternatively pay session by session as you go.
2.
For a corporate booking, an Invoice will be sent at time of booking
and payment must be received 7 days from receipt of invoice.
3.
If you have to cancel the booking, you will receive a full refund of
any monies paid if you notify us in writing 14 days before the start date of
your course. You are entitled to a 50% refund for all bookings cancelled
after that time, providing you notify us in writing.
* In addition,The Voice
Business will be entitled to claim the cost of any non-refundable
airfares/accommodation/venue bookings made in relation to a Corporate
workshop booking.
4.
If you book a session and do not notify us within 24 hrs of the
session that you intend to miss it or do not turn up for your booked
session, you will be liable for a fee equal to 50% of the session fee.
5. In the unlikely event that a workshop/session has to be cancelled by
The Voice Business you will be entitled to receive a full refund of any
monies paid. Alternatively, you may choose to attend a future
workshop/session of similar cost and duration. The Voice Business will not
be held liable for any other costs that might be incurred as a result of the
cancellation
